  • What is I.T.S? 

    • Industrial Technical Services (I.T.S)  provides a range of technical solutions and support services tailored for industrial or commercial businesses. From maintenance and engineering to consulting and safety services, we offer comprehensive assistance to optimize industrial operations.   • What does I.T.S do?

    • I.T.S  is your one stop shop for all your MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) needs. We also do much more! We have departments in automation, robotics, metal fabrication, industrial painting, fire alarm, life safety systems, and HVAC. Please take a look at their individual department pages found in our header under Services.  

  • Does I.T.S offer residential services?

    • I.T.S does not always offer residential services, but we are happy to provide quotes on large jobs such as full home remodels. Please reach out to us for more information. 

  • What geographic areas do you cover?

    • We cover a variety of different areas in the New England area. In Massachusetts we service: Hampden County, Hampshire County, Berkshire County, Franklin County, and Worcester County.   • What is the response time for emergency calls?

    • This is dependent on each department. We pride ourselves on responding to our customers as soon as we can to provide the best possible services. 

  • Can you customize services to fit specific needs?

    • Yes! We are a one stop shop for each department. We work with our customers to find the best solution for their business. 

  • What is the pricing structure/quotes process?

    • This is dependent on each project! We work with our customers to offer a fair quote for each process that will be given to you in a timely fashion. 

  • What sets I.T.S apart from other competitors? 

    • We are different from our competitors by being a one stop shop for any of your industrial needs. From design, installation, repairs, and maintenance for all departments. We value our relationship with our customers and work with them on every aspect of the process.

Electrical

  • Do you offer routine maintenance?

    • Yes we do! We offer routine preventive maintenance on our projects on a regular basis. We also offer system testing for many different types of services.

  • What are the top products that you use in your electrical projects?

    • Our top products/companies that are used in our electrical projects are: Square D, Eaton, GE, and Siemens. All of these products are featured on the Electrical Departments page located under Services.

HVAC

  • Are you licensed dealers for any products? 

    • Yes we are! Our HVAC department is a licensed full line dealer in Lennox products. This means that we can install, provide service, and maintenance for any of their units. Lennox is just one of our HVAC products that we are licensed in. Please check the HVAC department page to see more. 

  • Do you provide ductwork services?

    • Yes we do. With our full sheet metal fabrication shop we can provide a full service for our ductwork projects. Our shop allows us to create custom parts and systems for our customers.

Fire Alarm And Life Safety

  • What are the top products that you supply?

    • Our top product for fire alarm is Gamewell and we offer full service on that from repair, install, and maintenance. For life safety our top product we use is DMP, but offer a variety of services. 

  • Do you offer inspections? 

    • Yes! Our Life Safety Technicians can perform any inspections on any schedule you need such as: quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. After our inspection we provide our customers with a cloud-based inspection report with a quote to repair any hazards.

Plumbing

  • What are your top products?

    • We offer a variety of top products for our plumbing department. We offer: American Standard, Toto, Kohler, Elkay, Bradley, and Advanced Tabco to name a few! If you want to see more of what products we offer, please visit the plumbing page located under the Services tab. 

  • Do you offer water heater replacement? 

    • Yes, we do! We can upgrade or replace water heaters in a timely manner. 

  • Do you offer commercial boiler replacement?

    • Yes, we do! We can upgrade or replace boilers to keep your business running and improve your company’s productivity. 

Automation

  • What robotics do you supply?

    • We have an ABB Robotics Value Provider Program. This means that we provide our customers with full specialized and programmable robotics to help streamline any business.

Metal Fabrication

  • What services do you provide in your Metal Fabrication Shop? 

    • We provide a variety of services such as: light machining, welding, design, machine assembly, structural frames, and custom brackets. Please look at our Metal Fabrication page under our Services tab in our header.  

Industrial Painting

  • Do you paint with Imron paint? 

    • Yes we do! Imron is a brand of polyurethane-based paints manufactured by Axalta Coating Systems. We use Imron paint for our industrial and commercial clients due to its durability, chemical resistance, and excellent gloss retention. Imron paints provide a high-quality finish that is resistant to harsh conditions such as UV rays, weathering, and chemicals.
